    The first process is to complete the valuation form or call Property Buyer. Our surveyors will initially discuss your property over the phone using our wealth of property experience and valuation software to value your property.

    There is no cost for a cash offer to be provided and certainly no obligation to accept it.

  • Receive Your Cash Offer

    Within 24 hours of contacting Property Buyer you will be given a cash offer for your house. We will discuss timescales for completion and when you will receive the cash for your house. Any offer from Property Buyer will always be sent in writing.

  • Offer Accepted

  • RICS Survey

    Whilst the solicitors are progressing your sale to completion, a RICS Survey is instructed from an independent surveyor who is local to you.
